Lost

This canvas although beautiful in a quick study, rewards it’s onlooker further when a moment of reflection is given to it’s title “Lost. At first thought one may think it references towards an unknowing of direction. If so, is what’s going on here a physical or an emotional hurdle? Are they lost on their homeland or is the homelands lost to them? At this point in history any direction the Indians took led them back to the same realization, life as they knew it would ever more be lost.
